Masala Pav









Ingredients:
2 pav / bread
2 tsp butter
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion finely chopped
1/2 capsicum finely chopped
1 large tomato finely chopped
½ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
salt to taste
¼ cup water or as required
finely chopped coriander leaves
Lemon juice as required

Method:

.firstly in a kadai heat butter saute ginger and garlic paste for a while also add onions and saute well.further more, add chopped capsicum and continue to saute.add finely chopped tomato and fry till they are soft.

. add masalas (add chilli powder, pav bhaji masala and salt).also add little water and lemon juice. mash and cook the masala well.

. add butter on to tawa and cut the pav into 2 halves.then toast it for a minute.

.Then,turn over and spread generous amount of prepared masala on both the pav and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and sev.

.finally serve masala pav hot .
