Gur Papdi

Gur Papdi is very famous sweetdish from Gujarat. It is specially made in winter.To make this recipe you need only three main ingredients. Here is recipe..

Ingredients
1 cup wheatflour
1/4 cup grated jaggery( gur)
1/4 cup melted ghee
A pinch cardamom powder
Dry fruits (optional)

Method.
.Heat a pan with ghee and roast wheat flour until golden in colour.

.Once the  flour is golden in colour.switch off the flame.Add cardamom powder and grated jaggery.mix it well. 

.Once the jaggery melts.shift into greased plate and level it with spoon.

.Let it cool down and cut it into desired shape.

Note.
.You can used any wheat flour.

.You can also used dry fruits.
