Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts 
1 tin (400gm)condensed milk
1/4 cup butter
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method.
.Dry roast walnuts and keep it aside.

.Heat a broad non- stick pan, add the condensed milk, butter, sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla essence, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 5 minutes, while stirring continuously.

.Remove from the flame, add the walnuts and mix well.

.Transfer the mixture immediately into a greased square aluminium tin and spread it evenly with the help of the back of a spoon, keep aside for 30 minutes or till it cools completely and sets.

.Serve immediately or store in an air tight container at room temperature for 2 to 3 days.
