Tadka Mushroom
Ingredients
1 bowl mushroom
3 medium chopped onion
5 medium chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp dhaniya powder/ coriander powder
1/2 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil
Few chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Method.
.heat oil add jeera when it crackles add ginger garlic paste cook it for a while. Now add chopped onion cook it till golden brown.
.now add tomatoes and all leftover masala. Cook it properly.
.add mushrooms and sufficient water. Mix it well. Cover with lid. Cook it on medium heat.
.when water is soaked it is ready to be served.
.shift it into serving dish. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti, naan and rice.
