Garlic Mushroom with spring onion



Ingredients

200 gm mushroom
1 medium onion
1/4 cup chopped spring onion
8-10 chopped garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
A pinch of haldi/turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp Oil

Method:

.first wash and clean mushrooms.cut into two pieces. Keep it aside.

.heat oil add chopped garlic. Cook for a while now add sliced onion cook for 2-3 minutes.

.Add mushroom, turmeric powder, black pepper and salt.mix it well. Cover it with lid. (don't add water) .cook it on medium flame for 5- 10 minutes.

.garnish with chopped green onions and serve.

Note.

You can also add lemon juice.

.you can enjoy it with tandoori roti and naan also.
