Methi Palak Paneer

Ingredients

1 cup chopped spinach
1/2 cup chopped methi
1/2 cup paneer cubes
1 medium onion
3 medium tomatoes
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi/ turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dhainya/ coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp fresh malai
Salt to taste
2-3 tsp oil

Note. Add all spices according to your taste

Method :
.first take chopped spinach and boil it in sufficient water.take a boil and turn off gas.drain it and keep it aside.

.take a pan heat oil add jeera when it crackles add ginger garlic paste. Cook it for a while.

.add onion and tomato paste and all leftovers spices and malai in that oil.cook it on medium flame .

.when it leaves oil from sides. the gravy is ready. Now add chopped methi boiled spinach and cook it properly.

.in the last add paneer .cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes... It is ready for serve.

.serve hot with Roti or Naan.

Tips.

.you can also add chicken instead of paneer. 

.instead of malai you can add fresh cream
