Chinese Bhel

Ingredients

1 cup Fried noodles
1/2 tsp finely  Chopped garlic
1/4 cup thinly sliced capsicum(green, yellow, red )
1/4 cup shredded cabbage 

1/4 tsp soya sauce 
Schezwan sauce  to taste
Tomato sauce to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Chopped Spring onions for garnishing

Method.

.first boil noodles as per given instructions on pack after that drain it and cool it down.

.heat oil and fry noodles in it and shift it in to kitchen napkin.

.take wok heat oil add chopped garlic sauté for while now add chopped vegetables, sauces and salt .mix it well .Cook for 2 mins.

.shift this mixture in a deep bowl and add fried noodles .toss it well.garnish with chopped spring onions.

.serve immediately.
