Masala Usal /Sprouts

Ingredients

1 bowl sprouts/usal
3 chopped onion
4 chopped tomato
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
1/2 tsp Coriander/ dhaniya powder
1/2 tsp turmeric / haldi powder
Red chilli powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
2 tsp lemon juice
A pinch of sugar
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnish
Oil
Water

Method

.first soak usal in sufficient water for 1/2 hour.drain it and keep it aside.

.for masala heat oil add giner garlic paste cook for a while now add jeera when it crackle add chopped onion cook for 5 minutes. Now add chopped tomato and add all masalas  cook it properly.

.In masala add usal and water.cover with lid.cook on medium flame. When water properly soak add lemon juice and sugar. Mix it well.and finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves. 

.ready to serve.

.Enjoy with pav, roti,naan.

Note.

Instead of lemon juice you can add chat masala.
