Namkeen Mathri

Crisp and crunch mathris..A good time snack accompanied by tea or coffee to be enjoyed with family...

Ingredients

1 cup maida / all purpose flour
2 tsp melted ghee
1 tsp roasted jeera / cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Water for kneading
Oil for cooking

Method
.combine all the ingredients, mix it well and knead in to a tight dough.

.Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into triangle shape (you can give any shape).

.heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the mathris till they turn golden brown and crisp.

.shift to absorbent paper and serve hot with chutney.

.store into air tight container.

Note.

.Instead of maida you can use wheat flour.
