Raw Mango Chutney ( Kairi chutney )

Raw Mango Chutney ( Kairi chutney) is my favourite tangy dip during summers.It is full of flavours and vitamins. You can enjoy it with any kind of food .

How to make it

Ingredients

3 chopped raw mangoes

1/2 cup chopped fresh mint leaves

1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves

8-10 garlic cloves

2-3 green chillies

Salt to taste

A pinch of sugar

Water as required

Method.

 
.Firstly chop mangoes mint leaves and coriander leaves. Wash it properly.

.In a jar add all ingredients. Blend it well.

.Raw mango chutney is ready.

.Enjoy it with any kind of food.

.you can store it in air tight container.
