IT IS ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR SWEETS IN INDIA. IT IS MADE IN SO MANY WAYS. HERE I WANT TO SHARE INSTANT RECIPE OF GULAB JAMUN...WHICH CONSUMES LESS TIME..
HOW TO MAKE IT...
INGREDIENTS
250 gm mawa / khoya
4-5 tsp cornflour
ghee/oil to fry
for syrup
1 cup sugar
2 cup water
Method
.take bowl add mawa /khoya and cornflour in it...mix it with hands...rub it for 5-10 mins.
.now make very smooth dough and make small balls .keep it aside.
.heat oil and fry the balls .when it's going golden brown. Turn off gas..balls are ready..
For sugar syrup.
.take kadai add water and sugar together..boil it..when sugar dissolves and check its consistency...it should be thick..so the syrup is ready...
for serving..
now add the balls in to syrup....boil it for 10 mins on low flame...it is ready to serve....
