Suji/ Rawa Toast

Suji/Rawa toast Suji and curd- what a blend together to make your evening healthy. Try this delicious and mouth watering recipe and delight your tongue with its flavour.

Ingredients

 4 bread slices
 1/2 cup dahi/curd
1/2 cup suji /rawa/semolina
1 medium chopped onion
 1 -2 chopped tomatoes
 Chopped coriander leaves
 Red chilli to taste
 Salt to taste
 Green chilli (optional) Water for batter
Oil for making

 Method
.first cut the edges of bread or cut it into any shape .keep it aside.

.for batter add suji ,curd, onion ,tomato, coriander leaves ,salt, red chilli powder and water .mix it well...make smooth batter.

.take one slice spread this batter on the top of slice.cook properly from both sides on tawa.

.serve with ketchup
