Aloo Tomato Sabji


Ingredients

6 medium boiled potatoes
3 medium tomatoes
1tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
1/2 tbsp coriander powder/ dhaniya powder
1/2 tbsp turmeric powder/ haldi
1/2 tbsp kasoori methi
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Method.

.First boil and peel potatoes. Cut in to small pieces.

.Heat oil add cumin seeds when it crackles add grated tomatoes and all leftover ingredients.cook it properly.

.Add chopped potatoes and kasoori methi (crush it with your hands then add).Mix it well.

.Cover with lid for 5 minutes on medium flame.

.Ready to serve with roti, puri and naan.
