Soya Momos with red spicy chutney





Ingredients

For dough

2 cup maida
1 tsp oil
Water (required for kneading)

For stuffing

1 cup soya chunks
1 tsp oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper powder 
Salt to taste

Method.

.take bowl add maida, oil and enough water to knead it into a dough .keep it aside for 15 minutes. 

.soak soya chunks in the water for 10-15 minutes. After that drain the water.press soya chunks on the palm to remove excess water.now take blender add soya chunks and make a paste of it.

.heat oil add ginger paste saute for a while then add soya paste ,black pepper ,soy sauce and salt.combine it well.turn off flame.cool down the stuffing.

.now take dough .roll small chapatis and in the center fill the stuffing.make shape of momo and steam it for 15 minutes. 

.ready to serve with red spicy chutney

For red chutney 

1 small chopped onion 
3 medium boiled tomatoes 
1 tsp oil
7-8 garlic
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste

Method.

.first boil tomatoes in sufficient water. Cool it down and remove its skin.

.heat oil in a pan add chopped onion saute it .add tomatoes red chilli powder and salt .mix it well.turn off the flame.cool it down and make fine paste in the blender.Red momo chutney is ready to serve.

Note 

.if you are using whole red chillies then don't add red chilli powder.
