Leftover Rice Tikki

Ingredients 

1 cup boiled plain rice
1 boiled and mashed potato
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1 small chopped capsicum
1/2 cup boiled peas
3 tsp suji / semolina
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste(optional )
Red chilli powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method
.Take bowl add all ingredients. Combine it well.leave it to rest for 10 minutes.

.Heat oil .make shape of tikki and deep fry till it turns golden brown. (Cook proper from both sides)

.serve hot with ketchup.

Note.
.add vegetables according to your choice.
