Mawa Paneer
Ingredients
1 cup paneer / cottage cheese (cut into pieces )
4 onion (roughly chopped )
5 tomato (roughly chopped )
1/2 cup mawa/ khoya
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder to taste
1/2 tsp coriander/dhainya powder
1/2 tsp turmeric / haldi powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king masala
10 pieces of cashewnuts / kaju
2-3 green cardamom /elachi
Coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste
Oil for gravy
1 cup Water
Method.
.first make fine paste of onion and tomato (blend it together).
.heat oil add ginger garlic paste cook for a while now add paste(onion and tomato),green elachi and all dry spieces stir it continuously till gravy cooks properly.
.add mawa again cook it for 5 minutes.
.now add paneer ,cashewnuts and one cup of water..mix it well.cover it with lid and cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes.
.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
.ready to serve with roti, naan and rice .
