Salad Sandwich
A healthy option for breakfast ..a whole meal with filling of colourful vegetables in bread ..a source of vitamins, proteins, fibre ..enjoy it !!!
How to make it
Ingredients
Bread slices ( brown / white )
1 bowl chopped vegetables(onion,tomato, cabbage, capsicum,cucumber )
1/2 cup boiled corns
2-3 tsp lemon juice
Butter (optional )
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Method.
.Take bowl add vegetables, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Mix it well.
.take bread slice apply this salad filling on it and cover it with top of bread slice.
.make it as regular sandwich.
.enjoy it with ketchup.
Note.
.This salad filling is very healthy. You can also serve as it is.
