Chicken Biryani Masala


For Chicken marination ingredients: 

500 gm chicken 
1/2 cup hung curd
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp lemon juice
 1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
Red chilli powder and Salt to taste

For gravy ingredients:

3 medium chopped onion
4 medium chopped tomatoes 
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp cumin seeds
Coriander powder to taste
Red chilli powder to taste 
Turmeric powder 
1 tsp garam masala 
3tsp biryani masala 
Kasuri methi
Salt to taste 
Oil

For rice:

Use basmati rice for biryani.soak rice into sufficient water for 20 minutes. 

Method: 

.take bowl add all marinated ingredients and chicken.keep it aside for 1-2 hours.

.heat oil add ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds cook for a while. now add chopped onion cook it for 2-3 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and all gravy masalas.cook for 2-3 minutes. 

.cool down this gravy material and make it in puree with the help of blender.

.again heat oil add this puree ,Chicken and sufficient water.cook till the whole water is soaked.

.In mean time boil rice in the sufficient water.keep it aside.

 .In deep pan arrange chicken layer.rice layer.repeat same process with rest of material.

.cover with foil paper and cook for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.

.serve hot with raita .

Note.
.For briyani always use basmati rice.

.You can serve boondi raita, cucumber raita and mix veg raita with it
