 Ingredients:

1 small bunch Mint leaves
1 cup Coriander leaves
2tbsp Lemon juice
3tsp Cumin seeds - dry roasted and ground fine
½tsp Black salt
½tsp Salt
1tsp Dried mango powder (amchur)
1tsp Sugar
¼tsp black pepper
4 cups of Chilled water
Boondi for garnishing

Method:

.Grind  mint Leaves and coriander leaves in blender to make fine paste.

.In a jar add paste ,add 4 cups of chilled water, black salt, salt, mango powder,black pepper, sugar and cumin powder and lemon juice. Stir the mixture well.

.Serve chill garnished with boondi.

Note.
.You can also garnish with lemon and mint leaves.
