Missi Roti



Ingredients 

2 cups Gram Flour /besan
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour /aata
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds/jeera 
1/2tsp Carom seeds /ajwain
1 tsp Dried pomegranate seeds/ anardana
1-2 chopped green chillies
1tsp turmeric powder/ haldi
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Oil/Butter as required

Method

.Take a bowl add gram flour, whole wheat flour , cumin seeds, carom seeds, and dry pomegranate seeds.

.Add green chillies, onion, salt, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and mix well. Add sufficient water and knead. Add one tablespoon of oil and  knead it into a dough.

.Cover and rest the dough for about 10 minutes. Divide into equal portions and roll it into balls. Further roll each portion into a roti.On the top of roti sprinkle onion seeds and press it with your hands.

.Heat a tawa and roast the rotis half on tawa and further on gas. On the top spread butter or oil.

. Serve hot with dahi and butter.

Note.

.You can make it in cooker or gas tandoor also.
