Gulabjamun ki sabji

Ingredients for gulab jamun

1 cup unsweetened mawa/khoya
2 tsp maida/all purpose flour
2 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Few pieces of kismis(fill in the center of koftas)

Ingredients of gravy

4 medium onions
3 medium tomatoes
1 spoon ginger garlic paste
1 spoon jeera /cumin seeds
1/2 spoon haldi/ turmeric powder
1/2 spoon dhaniya /coriander powder
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
1/2 spoon garam masala
Few pieces of cashew nuts (for gravy)
2-3 spoon fresh cream
Oil for gravy and deep fry
Fresh chopped green coriander leaves for garnishing

Method.
.Make the koftas of the gulab jamun adding all the ingredients.Deep fry the koftas till brown and keep them aside.

.Heat oil in the pan and add jeera let them crackle.Add Chopped onions, kaju and fry till onions are brown.Now add chopped  tomatoes and add leftover masalas. Cook it for 5 minutes.

.let it cool down and make fine paste for gravy.

.heat pan add this gravy cook till oil seperates.

.After it add fresh cream and cook it for 2 minutes.gravy is ready.

.The gulab jamun koftas add before serving ur dish.

.Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and fresh cream.

.Enjoy it with Roti ,naan and rice.

Note.
.You can use ready-made gulabjamun mix and pander for Koftas.

.You can add Dryfruits according to your choice.

.This rich gravy you can use any kind of sabji.
