Instant Milk Peda



Ingredients

I cup milk powder
1 cup condensed milk
2 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Few chopped almonds

Method.
.Heat pan on medium flame add ghee when it melts add milk powder. Stir it 3-4 minutes.

.add condensed milk and cardamom powder. Stir it continues until the mixture becomes thick and starts to leave sides of pan.

.allow the mixture to cool down for 10-15 minutes on room temperature.

.grease hands with ghee and roll peda into small balls. Press center of peda with finger and garnish with almonds.

.milk peda is ready. You can store it in air container for 2 days.

Note.

.Stir it continues until it burns.

.when starts to leave sides of pan turn off flame. Don't cook it on high flame.
