IT'S VERY POPULAR SWEET IN INDIA.IT'S MAKE WITH SO MANY WAYS.HERE I WANT TO SHARE VERY INSTANT RECIPE OF GULAB JAMUN...WHICH MAKE IN LESS TIME..

HOW TO MAKE IT...

INGREDIENTS

250 gm mawa / khoya
4-5 tsp cornflour 
ghee/oil to fry

for syrup
1 cup sugar
2 cup water

Method 

.take bowl add mawa /khoya and cornflour  in it...mix it with pulm...rub it for 5-10 mins.

.now  make very smooth dough ....take shape it balls ..and keep aside.

.heat oil and fry this balls .when its color brown.turn off gas..balls is ready..

for sugar syrup.

.take kadai add water and sugar together..boil it..when sugar dissolved and checked its going to thick...syrup is ready...

for serving..
now this balls add in to syrup....boil it for 10 mins. on low flame...it is ready to serve....
