250 gm malai
1 cup sugar
1 liter milk
elachi powder
dry fruits for garnishing
method:
take pan add malai.....and suji....roast it....when itz color change..... then add milk.....mix it well.....when itz going thick add elachi Pd... sugar......again mix it welllllll.....when sugar dissolved and itz ready.......garnish with dry fruits
