Holi special garam garam Gujiya...

1/2 kg mawa /khoya
1/2 kg suji
1/2 kg pd sugar
elachi PD
grated almonds kaju chironji

For dough..
1 kg maids
250 gm oil
water
For Syrup
1cup sugar
 2cup water

method 
1.for dough mix maida oil and water....make tight dough...keep aside...

filling..
first roast mawa when itz color change keep aside then roast suji...off gas and add sugar and mawa and all dry fruits in it and elachi PD...mix it well...itz ready..
now take peda roll as small puri...add filling in it...and seal corner with water ...and rest it for sumtym and cover with wet cloth....after 10 mins....fry and dip into sugar syrup nd sprinkle almonds in it.....ready...
