It is very famous street food and everyone like it ...and very easy to make it at home..just try some few simple steps it's ready..

6 boiled potatoes
1 chopped onion
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chole masala
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp anar dana/pomegranate seeds

Method.
1..take bowl kneed dough....and make small balls.keep aside.

2.now take bowl add potatoes and all masalas mix it well.
3.roll balls with rolling pin ...and make roti..fill this stuffing in it...and again roll it....make kulcha on tawa...

Ingredients
2 cup boiled chole/white chickpea
4 onion paste
5 tomato puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chole masala
1 tsp amchur / dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp saunf
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Few ginger pieces
Chopped coriander leaves
2 cup boiled chole/white chickpea

5 tomato puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp chole masala
1 tsp amchur / dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp saunf

Method
1.soak chole 3-4 hours...after it boil it with ginger pieces...take it 5-6 whistles...check it...and turn off gas.

2.take pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste. Jeera.when it's crackle then add onion tomato paste and all left masala....mix it well and stir it continuously.
3.when it's leave oil.add chole and take boil...when its go I no thick it's ready . sprinkle

Note.
1.in aloo masala you can also add amchur powder.
