Crispy Sev

Wow...very easy and quick teatime snack.
Just follow some simple steps.it is ready.

How to make it.

Ingredients
1 cup besan/ chickpea flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp haldi/ turmeric  powder
1/2 tsp ajwain/carom seeds
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Water for dough
Sev mould

Method
1.take bowl add besan and all ingredients. ..mix it well.
Make a dough.

2.heat oil....now take mould add some quantity into it..press slowly slowly into oil at round shape.

3.make it at medium flame.let it crispy.after it shift into kitchen napkin to observe excess oil.

4.it is ready.store it in air tight container.

Note.
1.you can also add garlic paste in it.

2.also use black paper.
