KHANDVI
It is mouth watering traditional gujrati snack.It is very easy to make..so here I shared very simple recipe which is made by my hubby.
Just follow some simple steps it is ready.
How to make it
Ingredients
1 cup gram flour /besan/chickpea flour
3 cup sour buttermilk
1/2 tsp turmeric /haldi powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
For seasoning
1 tsp mustard seeds
Oil
Method
1.take bowl add all ingredients mix it with hand blender.
2.pour this batter into pan or kadai .Cook it on low flame.
3.when it becomes thick ...batter is ready.
4.now grease plate or thali with oil and spread this batter with the spatula ..
5.let it cool down for 2 mins..After it cut in straight strips and roll it carefully. Shift this rolls in to serving dish..
6.now heat oil add mustard seeds. .sauté it and sprinkle on the khandvi.
7.serve it with green chutney.
Note.
1.Use fresh gramflour for it.
2.for seasoning also use curry leaves..coriander leaves. .
