Mini dhokla
DHOKLA IS VERY FAMOUS GUJRATI BREAKFAST..BUT NOW IT IS VERY FAMOUS AND PEOPLES MOSTLY MAKE IT AT HOME....HERE VERY SIMPLE AND INSTANT METHOD....WHICH I SHARE WITH YOU....I TRIED THIS MINI DHOKLA IN APPE PAN...
HOW TO MAKE IT;
INGREDIENTS
2 CupBesan /chickpea /gram flour
1Cup Suji/Semolina
1Cup Curd/dahi
Salt to taste
1/2 Cup water
1tsp Eno fruit salt
1tsp Lemon juice
1tsp Oil
1/2tsp Sugar
1/2tsp Turmeric /haldi powder
Appe pan
FOR TADKA
1tsp Mustard seeds
Curry /coriander leaves
1 tsp Oil
METHOD ;
1.take a bowl add all ingredients mix it well. ..and leave this batter for 5 mins.
2.now preheat appe pan for a while..
3.grease this pan with few drops of oil....now spread this batter...and cover it with lid.
4.make it on low flame..after 5 mins it's ready.
5.shift this mini dhokla in plate.
6.take pan heat oil add curry leaves and mustard seeds..when seeds crackles. .Tadka is ready.apply it on mini dhokla.
7.serve it with chutney.
Note.
1.you can make mini idli in this pan.
2.also make mini dhokla in idli stand.
