Potato 65


Jhatpat starter ready into 10 mins..when you have no option. .try this easy starter...make sure you all enjoy this spicy starter.

Chicken 65 is very famous starter. .so instead of chicken I used potatoes. ..that's why I mentioned it potatoe 65.

How to make it.

Ingredients

For marinate
4-5 potatoes (cut into length wise)
2 tsp cornflour
2 tsp yogurt
1/2 tsp coriander/dhainya powder
1/2 red chilli powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice 

1 tsp garam masala
A pinch red food color
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

For tadka
1 tsp Chopped garlic
Chopped green chilli (optional )
Few curry leaves
1/2 red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil

Method
1.take a bowl add all marinate ingredients and potatoes. Mix it well.leave for 5 mins.

2.heat oil and deep frying  potatoes. Keep aside...Spread into kitchen tissue to absorb oil.

3.again heat oil add chopped garlic curry leaves when its going little crisp add all tadka masala...now add frying potatoes in it. ..mix it well.shift into serving dish. .

4.enjoy it.

Note

1.same this way you can make chicken 65...but marinate it one hour...

2.spices are added according to ur taste
