Gajar/Carrat ka Halwa
Ingredients
1/2 kg shredded carrot
250 gm koya /mawa
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup ghee
4-5 Green Elachi/cardamom powder
Chopped dry fruits
Method.
.first rinse ,peel and shredded the carrots.
.In a kadai add shredded carrot and milk.stir it.
.cook this mixture on medium flame. The milk will start reducing slowly and slowly.
.add sugar ,ghee and cardamom powder. Stir it continuously.
.when the mixture is going thick add chopped dry fruits. Cook for a while. Turn off gas. It's ready.
.Garnish with mawa and Serve warm or cold.
