Wheat flour/Aata Pinni

Ingredients

1kg aata/wheat flour
1/2 kg ghee
250gm powder sugar
Elachi/cardamom powder
Chopped dry fruits

Method.
.Add ghee in a kadai and allow to it melt.Now add flour in melted ghee and stir constantly. Roast flour on medium flame until it turns light brown in colour and you get good aroma.turn off gas.Take out roasted flour in a plate and allow to it cool.

.when flour is slightly hot add powder sugar, chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder. Mix it well.

.make small balls of it..It is ready.

.you can store it in air tight container for a month.

Note.
.If your mixture is dry and difficult to make balls then you can add more melted ghee.
