White(Suji) Dhokla

Ingredients

1 cup suji / semolina
1cup dahi /curd
1 tsp baking soda/eno
1tsp Lemon juice
1/2 tbsp sugar
Salt to taste
Water as required for batter

For tadka

Oil ,mustard seeds and few curry leaves

Method
.take bowl add curd whisk it well.now add suji salt lemon juice sugar and water..mix it well.

.keep it aside for 15 mins.now add baking soda.mix it properly.

.take grease plate pour this batter on it.

.steam it for 15-20 mins.

.heat oil add mustard seeds and curry leaves.Cook for a mintue.Tadka is ready.cut dhokla into pieces and apply this tadka on it.

.serve with your favourite chutney or ketchup.
