Masala keema
Ingredients
750 gm finely chopped keema
7 medium chopped onion
8 medium chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
1tsp Haldi / turmeric powder
Red chilli powder to taste
1/2 tsp dhainya / coriander powder
2 tsp meat masala
4-5 elachi / green cardamom
2 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil
Method.
.wash keema with normal water . strain it and keep it aside.
.take kadai heat oil add ginger garlic paste cook for a while now add chopped onion Sauté it till it's color transparent. Now add keema stir it continuously on high flame for 10-15 minutes.
.add chopped tomatoes and all left ingredients. Again stir it continuously.
.when it's leave oil serve hot with pav and roti.

Note.
You can also add boiled peas and potatoes in it.
