Bread Rolls

Bread Roll is very common teatime snack.I always made bread rolls  and deep frying it but today I tried it on non stick pan.It came out very crispy and my family really enjoyed it.

How to make it

Ingredients
6 bread slices ( brown / white )
1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes 
1/2 cup paneer
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
Red chilli powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
Dhaniya powder /Coriander powder to taste
Chopped green chilli(optional )
Salt to taste
oil
Water for seal the edges of bread

Method.

. first take pan heat oil add cumin seeds when it crackles then add onion sauté for a while.Now add potatoes, paneer and all left over spices.combine it well . stuffing is ready.

.cut the edges of bread slices and flatten bread slices with rolling pin.

.Now add stuffing in to the center and roll it with hands. Seal the edges with water. Keep it aside.

.heat nonstick pan or tawa apply oil and make this rolls on it.

.serve hot with ketchup.

Note.
.You can also add veggies and spices according to your taste.
