Makhmali Paneer

Ingredients

250 gm paneer / cottage cheese
5 roughly chopped onions
6-7 roughly chopped tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
Dhaniya powder / Coriander powder to taste
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp haldi / turmeric powder
1/2 cup malai/fresh cream
Salt to taste
Water for gravy
Oil

Method.
.first roughly chopped onions and tomatoes .

.heat oil add ginger garlic paste cook it for while.now add chopped onion cook it for 2-3 minutes. After it add chopped tomatoes cook till it is going soft.Turn off gas. Cool it down and make fine paste for gravy .

.heat oil add paste and all leftover ingredients. Cook until it leaves oil .add water and paneer pieces in gravy.cook it on medium flame. When it is going thick. Ready to serve.

.enjoy it with roti naan and rice
