Palak Mutton

Ingredients

500 gm mutton pieces
2 bunches boiled palak /spinach
6 onion paste
7-8 tomato puree
2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder to taste
1tsp Haldi/ turmeric powder
Garam masala to taste
3 tsp mutton masala
Salt to taste
Oil

Method
.first clean mutton properly and boiled in cooker.(3 whistles)

.clean palak chopped it and also boiled it spreatly. Drain it and keep it aside.

.heat oil add ginger garlic paste sauté for a while now add onion paste cook for 4-5 minutes .add tomato puree and all left over ingredients. Stir it continuously. When it leaves oil add boiled palak stir it continuously. Cook it on medium flame for 5 minutes. 


.add boiled mutton and water.cover with lid and cook on medium flame.after 10 minutes  it is ready.

.serve with rice and roti
