Kasuri Chicken

Ingredients

750 gm boneless chicken
8 onion
11-12 tomato
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
2 tsp kasoori methi
1 tsp dhainya/coriander powder
1tsp garam masala
Chicken tandoori masala to taste
Red chilli powder to taste
Salt to taste
Oil

Method.
.First wash chicken properly...then keep it aside.

.now grind together onion and tomato. Make fine paste for masala.

.take kadai heat oil add ginger garlic paste cook it for a minute. Now add paste and all left spices.stir it continuously.

.when it leaves oil add chicken and water.cover it with lid.Cook it on medium flame.

.check after 15 minutes if chicken is not going soft.cook it again more 5 mins.

.ready to serve. .
