Homemade Garam Masala (hot spices)
Garam masala is very rich masala which you can used in your any kind of recipe .It is a mixture of some hot indian spices.It is my mother in law's recipe which I shared in front of you.
How to make it
Ingredients
250gm jeera / cumin seeds 
100 gm dhainya seeds  /coriander seeds
100 gm kali mirchi/black pepper 
50 gm phool chakri/star anise
50 gm shahi jeera
50 gm jayparti /mace
25 gm dalchinni/cinnamon 
25 gm laung/cloves
25 gm badi elachi /black cardamom 
25 gm choti elachi/ green cardamom 
10 tejpatta/bay leaf
Method. 
.Clean all spices and mix together and dry roast it in sun if possible. 
.In heavy pan dry roast all the spices on a low flame.The spices will release it's aroma and will turn lightly brown. Turn off gas.cool it down.
.Now blend it finely. Make it in powder .
.store it in air tight container.
