Homemade Springroll

Springroll is very famous Chinese recipe but now it's very popular all over .Here is very simple method which I shared.

How to make it

Ingredients

For stuffing
1 packet boiled noodles
3 medium  onion cut into length wise
2 medium capsicum cut into length wise
1/2 chopped cabbage
1/4 cup chopped french beans
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp red chilli sauce
2 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil

Method
.first boil noodles as given per instruction on packet..after it keep it aside.

.take wok heat oil add ginger garlic paste after it add onion cook for a minute. Now add capsicum cabbage french  bean stir it continuously.

.Add noodles and all left over ingredients. Mix it well.cook for 5 mins on medium flame. It's ready.

For spring roll wrapper
Ingredients
1 cup maida / all purpose flour
1/2 cup cornflour
2 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Water for kneeding
Cornflour paste( 3tsp cornflour +1/4 cup water)

Method.
.take bowl add all ingredients and make dough. (Medium not tight or loose dough).

How to proceed

.now take small ball of dough roll it as thin chapati and fill noodles in it and seal edges with cornflour and water paste.

.heat oil and fry this spring rolls till turn it golden brown.

.Serve it with ketchup and schezwan sauce.
