Schezwan Chilli soyabean (veg)
Schezwan Chilli soyabean is one of my favourite vegetarian dish.It can be served with rice or paratha or as starter . It is very easy to make. .so try it spicy recipe and enjoy your meal.
How to make it
Ingredients
100 gm soyabean/soya nuggets
2 chopped onion
2 medium chopped capsicum
3 Chopped spring onion (optional ) 1tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp white vinegar
3 tsp schezwan sauce
1 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
Method
.boil the soyabean for 10 minutes and squeeze the excess water .Keep it seprately.
.take wok heat oil add ginger garlic paste. Cook for a while. Now add chopped onion saute it. Add chopped capsicum sauté it for a minute.
.Now add soyabean and all left ingredients. Mix it well.Cover it with lid.Cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
.Ready to serve..
Note.
You can also add chopped spring onion.
