Gujiya

Ingredients

For stuffing 
1/2 kg mawa/khoya
1/2 kg suji/semolina
1/2 kg powder sugar
1/4 tspElachi powder
1/2 cup Chopped dry fruits

For dough
1 kg maida/all purpose flour
250gm oil
Water for kneeding
Ghee /oil for frying

Method
.first roast suji for 2 mins and keep it aside. Then roast mawa and also keep it aside.cool it down.after it take bowl add suji mawa powder sugar elachi powder and dry fruits mix it well..stuffing  is ready for gujiya

.take bowl add maida oil and water.make a smooth dough.rest it for 10 mins.

How to proceed.

.take small ball of dough and make small rotis and fill this stuffing in it and give it half circle shape and seal it's edges with folk or your fingers.

.Heat ghee and fry till it golden brown on medium flame.  Shift this in to kitchen napkin to observe excess oil.

.Gujiya  is ready .

Note.
.You can also store in air tight container.

.you can also dip this gujiya in sugar syrup and sprinkle chopped dry fruits.
