Shahi dal

Ingredients

1/4 cup green moong dal
1/4 cup white urad dal
1/4 cup tuvar dal
1/4 cup chana dal
2 medium chopped onion
3 medium chopped tomato
1 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil

Method
.mix all dals .wash it together and give it 4-5 whistles. .after it check if you need then take more whistles.

.take wok heat oil add cumin seeds ginger garlic paste cook for a while. Now add onion sauté it after it add tomato when it's going soft add all leftover masalas.when it's leave oil add boil dal and water half cup..

.take boil when water soak out..dal is ready....garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
