Punjabi Rajma

A very perfect punjabi rajma recipe which I shared.It's very popular north Indian dish but now it's famous all over. You can follow this very simple recipe  and enjoy it at home.

Ingredients
2 cup boiled rajma/red kidney beans
3 medium onion
5 medium tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp curd
1 tsp jeera / cumin seeds
1/2 tsp dhainya /  coriander powder
1tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala 

1 tsp turmeric powder 

Salt to taste 
Oil /butter
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Method
.first soak rajma overnight with enough water.next day give it  5-6 whistles and check it.(if need take more whistles )

.heat oil add ginger garlic paste jeera cook for a while .Now add onion  tomato paste and stir it .Now add all leftover ingredients and curd again stir it continuously.

.Add boiled rajma and water.cook it on medium flame for 5-10 minutes.

.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

.serve with rice and roti.

Note.

.If you want thick gravy add some boiled and mashed rajma in gravy.

.you can add masalas according to your taste
