Khatti Mithi Kaddu ki sabzi
This recipe is made by my mother in law...it is full of flavour and you can also enjoy this recipe.must try it.
How to make it
Ingredients
500gm Chopped kaddu/pumpkin
2 chopped tomato
1/2 tsp rai/mustard seeds
1/2 tsp hing/asafoetida
1/2 tsp sauf / fennel seeds
1/2 tsp methidhana /fenugreek seeds
1tsp jeera / cumin seeds
1/2 tsp haldi / turmeric powder
1/2 tsp dhainya / coriander powder
1tsp amchur powder
1tsp red chilli powder
1tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Few curry leaves
A pinch of sugar
Chopped coriander leaves
Oil
Method
.first chopped kaddu into pieces and take 2 whistles.and keep it aside.
.take wok heat oil add jeera when it crackle add curry leaves and chopped tomatoes cook it for 2-3 mins. Now add all leftover ingredients and boiled kaddu.Mix it well.cover with lid.make it on low flame. After 5 mins....it's ready to serve.
