Aloo Matar Paratha
Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
1 boiled and mashed potatoes
1/2 cup boiled and mashed peas
1/2 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
Red chill powder to taste
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1tsp garam masala
Chopped green chilli ( optional )
Salt to taste
Chopped Coriander leaves
Water for kneeding dough
Oil
Method.
.take bowl add wheat flour, boiled and mashed potatoes, boiled and mashed peas , all leftover ingredients and water for making dough.mix it well and make soft dough.keep it aside for 5 minutes.
. make small balls of this dough and roll it like regular paratha.
.heat tawa and make this paratha on high flame for crisp.(cook till both sides golden brown ).
.serve it with dahi,butter and chutney.
