Misal Pav

Ingredients 
For Misal
1 cup Sprouts /Misal
4 medium onion (for paste)
6 medium tomato (for puree)
1 tsp cumin seeds / jeera
1/2 tsp mustard seeds /rai
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Red chilli powder to taste
Garam masala to taste
Coriander powder /dhainya powder to taste 
 2-3 tsp Misal masala
2 tsp lemon juice
Few chopped green chillies  (optional )
Salt to taste
3 cup of water
Oil

For Misal pav
Pav /bread
1 cup sev/ bhujia
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup Fresh chopped coriander leaves
Chopped lemon slices
2-3 tsp Beaten yogurt/dahi (optional )

METHOD.
.wash Sprouts and soak them into sufficient water for 15 mins.after it drain and use for making misal.

.In a jar add onion tomato green chilli and little water .make fine paste. 

.heat oil add jeera rai when it crackles add ginger garlic paste cook for a while now add  paste and all left over ingredients. Stir it continuously on high flame. When you see masala is cooked properly .It is ready.

.take  pressure cooker shift this masala in it .add sprouts and 3 cup of water.mix it well.Take it 4-5 whistles .

.shift in to serving bowl spread sev onion coriander leaves dahi.

.Ready to serve with pav.
