Chole Bhature

how to make it ..

For Bhature

Ingredients
2 cup maida/all purpose flour
2-3 tsp curd
1/4 cup milk
1 sachet eno
2-3 spoon oil
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar
water

Method.
.take a bowl mix all ingredients ...make a soft dough.

.cover it with wet cloth and leave it for 1 hour.

.now heat oil make it on high flame....crispy bhature is ready.

For Chole

Ingredients
2 cup boiled kabuli channa(white chickpeas)
3 onions
5 tomatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 /2 tsp raw mango powder/aamchur powder
1 tsp garam Masala
2 tsp MDH chole masala
salt to taste
oil

Method.

.first soak chickpeas/chole overnight...next day take  5-6 whistles.. then keep it aside.

.take a wok heat oil add jeera/cumin seeds when it crackle then add ginger garlic paste and onion paste....saute it.(turn into golden brown..).

. add tomato puree....and all left masalas....stir it well. When it leaves oil.masala is ready.

.add boiled chickpeas and 1 cup water.....take boil on medium flame.

.when its2 going thick ...ready to serve with crispy bhature.enjoy
