Veggie Burger
Ingredients
For tikki/cutlets
3-4 boiled and mashed potatoes
2 bread slices ( brown / white )
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Chilli flakes (optional )
Oil
For burger
4 Burger bun
Cabbage / lettuce leave (optional )
onion and tomato slices (cut into round shape )
Tomato sauce
Melted Butter
Amul Cheese slices
(Note: all ingredients are given add according to your taste )
Method.
.Combine all tikki ingredients in a bowl.make round shape and rest it to for 5 minutes.
.Heat tawa apply oil and make tikki on it. (Cook both side properly ).
.cut the bun from the centre .take one half of the bun shift into serving plate. First apply melted butter on the bun then tomato sauce. Place tikki and cheese slices then repeat same process (tomato slice. onion slice. sauce and butter).cover it with the top of bun .
.serve with ketchup and finger fries.
Note.
.Instead of bread slices you can also add cornflour.
.In tikki you can add vegetables according to your taste.
.You can also deep fry the tikki.
