Chicken Wings
It's very easy snacks for non veg lovers.My kids are fond of chicken ...They love different varieties of chicken. So me and my hubby always try new recipes for them.So try this easy recipe and leave a comment.
How to make it
Ingredients
400 gm boneless chicken
3 tsp all purpose flour /maida
1 tsp cornflour
Salt to taste and a pinch of green colour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp red chilli paste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
2-3 tsp water
1 tsp oil
1cup semolina / suji
Oil for frying
Method
.Take bowl add maida ,ginger garlic paste, Salt, cornflour red chilli paste ,lemon juice, oil ,black pepper, coriander powder and water..mix it well.now add chicken pieces in it.....marinate for 1 hour....
.after it coat this chicken pieces in suji and deep frying.
.ready to serve ..
Note..
Instead of suji you can use cornflakes.
